Until what time can we check into our apartment? What about laundry? What rolls are in the bread bag? Can we bring our dog? And what if not all guests come? You have the questions and we have the right answers.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check-in: from 4 p.m
Early check-in is possible upon request and depends on availability.

If you arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know!

Check-out: is no later than 10 a.m.

DOWN PAYMENT

A deposit of 30% of the travel price is due upon reservation.

PAY

Can be transferred from home or paid on site with EC card, Visa, Mastercard (please check with your bank if your card is available abroad).

BREAD SERVICE

So that you can start the day well strengthened, we offer you our bread roll service on request. Here you have around 60 different types of bread to choose from. You can order the rolls the day before until 12:00 p.m. using the SuitePads in the apartments and they will be hung in a bread bag on your room door the next morning.

Breakfast basket

For a good start to the day, we will be happy to put together our Alpenresorts Ladis Deluxe breakfast basket for you. This can be booked from home under additional services.


DOGS

are very welcome in the Alpenresorts Ladis Deluxe on request. We charge €30.00 per day without food. Please bring a basket/blanket.


CHECK IN ONLINE

You will receive a QR code with your booking confirmation and can conveniently check in online from home.


LOCAL TAX/ TOURIST TAX

The local tax/ visitor's tax in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is € 2.60 per person and night.
For bookings for the year 2023: All persons born up to and including 2007 are subject to local tax.
For bookings for the year 2024: All persons born up to and including 2008 are subject to local tax.

The local tax/visitor's tax obligation refers to the arrival date, not to the booking date!
The guest is liable for incorrect personal data.

PARKINK

Parking spaces are available in front of the house. If you are arriving with several cars, we ask that you make a reservation in good time.


PRICES

The prices apply to the specified number of people, including SUPER. SUMMER. MAP, excl. local tax and plus final cleaning.

Surcharge for multiple people as booked, including children.


RECEPTION

The reception is for all houses in Unterdorf 43 in Ladis

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation or interruption of stay, the cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
  • 3 months to 1 month before departure: 40% of the total price
  • 1 month to 1 week before departure: 70% of the total price
  • In the last week before departure: 90% of the total price
  • In case of cancellation 1 day before arrival or no-show 100% of the total price

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION,  A PROCESSING FEE OF €25.00 PER BOOKING WILL BE CHARGED

The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 Z 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions AGBH 2006 apply. Room cancellations are only valid in writing.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, overnight stays not used will also be charged.

Cancellation protection


From experience we know that despite all the joy of the booked holiday, something can always come up at short notice. In order to avoid costs and trouble, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance: We recommend taking out Hotelstorno Plus or the comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium insurance (including accident benefits) as a precaution against cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue).

Are you insured via your credit card? Travel insurance is included as standard with many credit cards. Beware, this is usually only valid for the cardholder, which in the event of cancellation means that only the cardholder's share is replaced and the rest of the family is often uninsured. Please check whether you are adequately insured. You can get more information from your credit card company.

A Covid19- disease is not a reason for free cancellation

Play it safe when planning your holiday and make use of the protection offered by European travel insurance. More information can be found here.

are kept until the end of the season. If we don't receive a message by then, they will be donated to charity.

Price changes, misprints and errors as well as changes to the offer reserved.
We reserve the right to adjust the tariffs in the event of unforeseen price increases due to the current situation. Please understand that!
We communicate standard prices (AB) on our price list. The prices are calculated according to occupancy/availability in the various categories and seasons
