Until what time can we check into our apartment? What about laundry? What rolls are in the bread bag? Can we bring our dog? And what if not all guests come? You have the questions and we have the right answers.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation or interruption of stay, the cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
  • 3 months to 1 month before departure: 40% of the total price
  • 1 month to 1 week before departure: 70% of the total price
  • In the last week before departure: 90% of the total price
  • In case of cancellation 1 day before arrival or no-show 100% of the total price


The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 Z 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions AGBH 2006 apply. Room cancellations are only valid in writing.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, overnight stays not used will also be charged.

Cancellation protection

From experience we know that despite all the joy of the booked holiday, something can always come up at short notice. In order to avoid costs and trouble, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance: We recommend taking out Hotelstorno Plus or the comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium insurance (including accident benefits) as a precaution against cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue).

Are you insured via your credit card? Travel insurance is included as standard with many credit cards. Beware, this is usually only valid for the cardholder, which in the event of cancellation means that only the cardholder's share is replaced and the rest of the family is often uninsured. Please check whether you are adequately insured. You can get more information from your credit card company.

A Covid19- disease is not a reason for free cancellation

Play it safe when planning your holiday and make use of the protection offered by European travel insurance. More information can be found here.


The apartment prices are for the specified number of persons, excluding local tax and final cleaning.

Local tax

The local tax in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is € 2,60 per person and night.

For bookings for the year 2022: All persons up to and including the year of birth 2006 are subject to local tax.
For bookings for the year 2023: All persons up to and including the year of birth 2007 are subject to local tax.
For bookings for the year 2024: All persons up to and including the year of birth 2008 are subject to local tax.

The local tax obligation refers to the date of arrival, not the date of booking!

The guest is liable for incorrect personal data.

Short-stay surcharge 

 up to and including 6 nights, a one-time fee of 30% will be added to the room rate

Fresh bread roll service

On request, we offer a daily fresh bread roll service. The rolls can be ordered at the Suitepad until 10:00 a.m. the day before and will be hang on your room door the next morning in a bread bag.

Breakfast basket

We will be happy to arrange our breakfast basket for you, it contains - 
Light and dark pastries, butter, milk, cream cheese, cereals, sausage, spread, cheese, jam, Nutella and honey.

Check-in & check-out

The apartments are available for check-in from 4:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Earlier check-in is possible if the apartment is already available for occupancy.

Check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m.

We kindly ask you to let us know if you intend to arrive after 7 p.m.

You can move around the Alpenapart Alexander conveniently using our guest lift.


You have a safe in your room for your valuables. The instructions you will find in the information tablet in your apartment.


Please inform the reception to activate your extension. For local and long-distance calls, first press 0, wait for the dial tone and dial the number.

Are only allowed during the summer for an extra charge of € 20.00 per dog per day (without food).


We kindly request you to make the following deposits by bank transfer:

  • 1. deposit after receipt of the reservation confirmation

  • Payment at the reception is possible in cash, debit or credit card.

Room bill

We kindly ask you to settle your invoice at the reception the day before you leave in order to avoid delays on the departure day.


There is one ATM machine in the centre of the village and one at the cable car ticket office.


Please do not place rubbish on the balcony. For hygienic reasons, we kindly ask you to take any rubbish to the containers and to separate it.


Our guests can use the parking spaces in front of the buildings.

Smoking ban

We kindly ask our guests not to smoke in any apartment or room. You are more than welcome to smoke on the balcony or terrace. Many thanks for your understanding.
