Until what time can we check into our apartment? What about laundry? What rolls are in the bread bag? Can we bring our dog? And what if not all guests come? You have the questions and we have the right answers.

Cancellation terms at Alpenresorts Ladis Deluxe

Due to the COVID-19 situation, our cancellation terms have been adjusted till arrival date 30.04.2022.   

Free cancellation or postpone of the booking up to 14 days before arrival.
After this period, the regular cancellation conditions of the Austrian hotel industry apply (AGBH2006).


Furthermore, a free cancellation or rebooking is possible until arrival day under the following conditions:

* Your home-country is classified as a high-risk area and a quarantine is required upon arrival, which cannot be circumvented by full immunization
* In the case of an upright travel warning/classification as a virus variant area for Austria/Tyrol/Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region and the associated quarantine obligations on the return journey, which cannot be circumvented by the status vaccinated, recovered or tested
* Border closures
* Official closure of cable cars and service businesses
* Official closures of accommodation facilities

Any deposit already paid will be credited by the accommodation provider in the form of a credit for a future holiday or on request refunded.
 • The cancellation guarantee replaces the regular cancellation conditions (AGBH2006)
 • No price fixing for rebookings


Outside of this specified period, a cancellation by unilateral declaration of the contractual partner is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:

43 days before arrival date - free cancelation
42 – 30 days before arrival date - 30 % of the total price
29 – 14 days before arrival date - 50% of the total price
13 – 8 days before arrival date - 70% of the total price
7 - 2 days before arrival date - 90 % of the total price
1 day before arrival date - 100% of the total price

Play it safe when planning your holiday and make use of the protection offered by European travel insurance. More information can be found here.


The apartment prices are for the specified number of persons, excluding local tax and final cleaning.

Local tax

A local tax of € 2.60 will be charged separately. Children born up to and including the year 2004 are charged without local tax.

Short stay surcharge

For bookings up to 6 nights


Hand towels, shower towels and tea towels are changed once a week for stays of 7 days.

For a stay of 14 days, the laundry (bed linen, hand, shower and tea towels) will be changed after 7 days.

Fresh bread roll service

On request, we offer a daily fresh bread roll service at the Alpenapart Alexander (bread list incl. prices can be found in the apartments). The rolls can be ordered at the reception until 05:30pm the day before and will be hung on your room door the next morning in a bread bag.
In all other places: Bread can only be ordered at the reception in Alpenapart Alexander. The bread rolls are then delivered to the respective places the next morning in the entrance area.


Für einen guten Start in den Tag stellen wir Ihnen gern unseren Alpen Resorts Ladis Frühstückskorb zusammen, enthalten ist- Helles und dunkles Gebäck, Butter, Milch, Frischkäse, Müsli, Wurst, Streichwurst, Käse, Konfitüre, Nutella und Honig.

Check-in & check-out

The apartments are available for check-in from 4:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Earlier check-in is possible if the apartment is already available for occupancy.

We kindly ask you to leave your apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

We kindly ask you to let us know if you intend to arrive after 6 p.m.

Quick check-in from home! Our friendly reception team will send you a link when you book.

Hotel entrance & reception

The hotel entrance can only be opened using your key. Please always take your key with you when leaving the hotel.

The reception at the Alpenapart Alexander is staffed daily from 07.30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., on arrival days longer.

Guest lift

You can move around the Alpenapart Alexander conveniently using our guest lift.


You have a safe in your room for your valuables. The instructions you will find in the information tablet in your apartment.


Please inform the reception to activate your extension. For local and long-distance calls, first press 0, wait for the dial tone and dial the number.

Are only allowed during the summer for an extra charge of € 20.00 per dog per day (without food).


We kindly request you to make the following deposits by bank transfer:

  • 1. deposit after receipt of the reservation confirmation

  • Payment at the reception is possible in cash, debit or credit card.

Room bill

We kindly ask you to settle your room bill at the reception the day before your departure in order to avoid delays on the day.


There is one ATM machine in the centre of the village and one at the cable car ticket office.

Opening times in the Winter:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 - 12:00
Opening times in the Sommer:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 - 12:00


Please do not place rubbish on the balcony. For hygienic reasons, we kindly ask you to take any rubbish to the containers and to separate it.


Our guests can use the parking spaces in front of the buildings.

Smoking ban

We kindly ask our guests not to smoke in any apartment or room. You are more than welcome to smoke on the balcony or terrace. Many thanks for your understanding.
