Until what time can we check into our apartment? What about laundry? What rolls are in the bread bag? Can we bring our dog? And what if not all guests come? You have the questions and we have the right answers.

Wie sind die Stornobedingungen im Alpenresorts Ladis Deluxe?

Aufgrund der COVID-19 Situation wurden unsere Stornierungsbedingungen vorerst mit Anreise
 bis 15.11.2021 angepasst. 

Sie können bis 14 Tage vor Anreise ohne zusätzliche Kosten stornieren oder umbuchen.
Nach Ablauf dieser Frist gelten die regulären Stornobedingungen der österr. Hotellerie (AGBH2006).



*Bei der Einstufung des Herkunftslandes als Risikogebiet und damit verbundene Quarantänebestimmungen bei der Anreise
*Bei einer aufrechten Reisewarnung für Österreich/Tirol/Region Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis und damit verbundene der Quarantäne Rückreise
* Grenzschließungen
* Behördliche Schließung der Bergbahnen und Infrastrukturbetriebe
* Behördliche Schließung der Beherbergungsbetriebe

Eine allfällig BEREITS geleistete Anzahlung Wird sie von in Formular Einer Gutschrift für einen
 zukünftigen Urlaub angerechnet oder auf Wunsch rückvergütet.
 • Diese Gutschrift kann für eine eingelöst werden.
 • Die Stornogarantie ersetzt die regulären Stornobedingungen bei Buchungen
 • Keine Preisbindung bei Umbuchungen


  In allen anderen Fällen gelten, soweit keine Sondervereinbarung schriftlich
      mit uns getroffen wurde, unsere regulären Stornobedingungen:

Bis 43 Tage vor Anreise Kostenlos
Bei Stornierung 42 – 30 Tage vor Anreise 30 % des Gesamtbetrages
Bei Stornierung 29 – 14 Tage vor Anreise 50 % des Gesamtbetrages
Bei Stornierung 13 – 8 Tage vor Anreise 70 % des Gesamtbetrages
Bei Stornierung 7 Tage vor Anreise 90 % des Gesamtbetrages
Bei Stornierung 1 Tag vor Anreise oder Nichtanreise 100% des Gesamtbetrages

Cancellation insurance

The apartment prices are for the specified number of persons, excluding local tax and final cleaning.

Local tax

A local tax of € 2.60 will be charged separately. Children born up to and including the year 2004 are charged without local tax.

Short stay surcharge

For bookings up to 6 nights


Hand towels, shower towels and tea towels are changed once a week for stays of 7 days.

For a stay of 14 days, the laundry (bed linen, hand, shower and tea towels) will be changed after 7 days.

Fresh bread roll service

On request, we offer a daily fresh bread roll service at the Alpenapart Alexander (bread list incl. prices can be found in the apartments). The rolls can be ordered at the reception until 05:30pm the day before and will be hung on your room door the next morning in a bread bag.
In all other places: Bread can only be ordered at the reception in Alpenapart Alexander. The bread rolls are then delivered to the respective places the next morning in the entrance area.

Check-in & check-out

The apartments are available for check-in from 16:00 on the day of your arrival. Earlier check-in is possible if the apartment is already available for occupancy.

We kindly ask you to leave your apartment by 10:00 on the day of your departure.

We kindly ask you to let us know if you intend to arrive after 6 PM.

Quick check-in from home! Our friendly reception team will send you a link when you book.

Hotel entrance & reception

The hotel entrance can only be opened using your key. Please always take your key with you when leaving the hotel.

The reception at the Alpenapart Alexander is staffed daily from 07:30 to 10:30, longer on arrival days.

Guest lift

You can move around the Alpenapart Alexander conveniently using our guest lift.


You have a safe in your room for your valuables. The operating instructions can be found in the information folder in your apartment.


Please inform the reception to activate your extension. For local and long-distance calls, first press 0, wait for the dial tone and dial the number.

Germany: 0049, Netherlands: 0031, Switzerland: 0041, Belgium: 0032


Are only allowed during the summer for an extra charge of € 20.00 per dog per day (without food).


We kindly request you to make the following deposits by bank transfer:

  • 1. Deposit after receipt of the reservation confirmation

  • Additional deposits as described in the reservation confirmation
  • Remaining instalment incl. all additional costs on site in cash. Payment by debit or credit card is not possible at the moment.

Room bill

We kindly ask you to settle your room bill at the reception the day before your departure in order to avoid delays on the day. Payment on site is only possible in cash. It is not possible to pay by debit or credit card.


There is one ATM machine in the centre of the village and one at the cable car ticket office.

Opening times in the Winter:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 - 12:00
Opening times in the Sommer:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 - 12:00


Please do not place rubbish on the balcony. For hygienic reasons, we kindly ask you to take any rubbish to the containers and to separate it.


Our guests can use the parking spaces in front of the building.

Smoking ban

We kindly ask our guests not to smoke in any apartment or room. You are more than welcome to smoke on the balcony or terrace. Many thanks for your understanding.
